Cream Cheese Frosting

This frosting recipe came with the same recipe for the Red Velvet cupcakes.

Ingredients
1 package of cream cheese
1/4 cup unsalted butter softened (about 1/2 stick)
1 box (16 ounces) Powdered Sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

For the frosting;
(1) Beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth. On LOW beat in the powder sugar, then add the vanilla.

After I frosted my cupcakes with this I put them in the fridge to harden the frosting which was sliding off kind of like an avalanche.
